Refund Policy
Please send product(s) back from any courier service in the same condition. Please re-use our flyer or any other good quaity shopping bag, Don’t use Courier flyer as you will be charged extra by them. We will invoice refund your amount via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Account. Please write your account details on the back of the invoice. We will refund the invoice amount to you within 5-7 working days after receiving the product.
We don’t accept returns for change of mind or if a customer doesn’t like the ingredients of the product or any sensitivity with the ingredients.
We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.
Refund process may take 5-7 working days and honorable customer just has to pay the shipping charges.
Note: Only defective items will be refunded/exchanged in Sale.

Exchange policy
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item, unless the exchange is due to an error on company part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
Exchanges are dependent on product availability. In case if the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose to select an alternative item from our existing stock or we will provide you with an online coupon equivalent to the value of the returned item, which can be utilized for a future purchase.
